Quality Policy

Keymer Tiles Ltd manufactures a range of quality hand made and hand crafted roofing tiles and fittings at its Burgess Hill factory, principally aimed at clients requiring roofing aesthetics of a traditional kind.

The company has an established reputation in the market place for quality products and first class service whilst continually striving to improve that reputation by ensuring that the needs of the customer are met.

The company maintains a Quality Assurance system based upon EN ISO 9001 : 2008. The system is reviewed regularly internally and twice annually externally to ensure the system meets the requirements.

A Quality Manager ensures the system operates correctly and that any anomalies are dealt with promptly and to ensure the effectiveness of the system is improved.

A management review of the system takes place twice annually to ascertain that quality policy and objectives are appropriate and that they remain suitable to the objectives of the organisation.

The continued implementation requires the cooperation of all employees, not just individuals with specific duties under the system.

A copy of this policy statement is included in the company's Induction Pack and sent to all employees at least twice a year.
